This call is designed as an initial chat to find out how I may be able to support you, to discuss the area you would like help with and to ensure you choose the right service for you.

This package is made up of two sessions - one online to gather information (about 60 minutes) on your case and one in-person (usually), to work with you so you are ready and excited to implement the behavioural plan (about 60 minutes). I provide email support for two weeks as part of this package. Should you need a behavioural report for your vet, this is also included in this package.

Currently I provide 1:1 dog training for dogs (12 months+) who need help with loose lead walking or recall. After collecting some background details of your case (in the first session), I will walk you through a programme to address these two very common problem areas. Consistent practice is key to your dog learning these skills so best results will only come if you are able to show up consistently for your dog!

This session (or block of sessions) follows on from the 121 Introductory Session and can be conducted online or face-to-face (for local clients).
I will continue to provide support for you as you work with your puppy. This could be related to training, setting systems up to position your pup for success, addressing any emotional (behavioural concerns) or whatever else you want help with regarding your puppy. You set the agenda!
Each session is up to 60 minutes (depending on how your pup is doing). Blocks of 3 and 5 sessions are available at £165 and £275 respectively, but they need to be booked manually so please get in touch if you would like this service.

In this package I will work with you online initially to collect some background information on your case and find out how I can help you. I will also provide some initial tips and tricks. In the subsequent session, which can either be online or F2F (for local clients), I will help you to address the issues you would like help with.

Joy is naturally warm and kind. She clearly adores puppies!
I chose Joy for puppy training as I liked what I read about her experience and training on her Website. And also, a personal recommendation.
She introduced me to some types of puppy excercises, explaining the rationale for each. It blew me away and I am so so glad that I invested with her time and expertise to teach me some basics so that me and my puppy will grow up together with trust and confidence.
